Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions
Is PosterVibe really free?
Yes! The free plan lets you create up to 10 projects, use all free templates, and export them as JPEG/PNG/PDF at 72 DPI — no watermark, no limit. Paid templates can also be exported (JPEG, 72 DPI) up to 5 times/month. All new accounts get a 7-day full Pro trial automatically. Upgrade to Basic ($8.99/mo) for unlimited exports on all templates, or Pro ($16.99/mo) for 300 DPI, CMYK, and batch export.
Where does the album data come from?
Album metadata (title, artist, release date, track list) is sourced from the Spotify API, with MusicBrainz as a fallback for albums not on Spotify.
Can I upload my own images?
Yes. In the editor you can upload custom images (JPG, PNG, SVG, WebP up to 20 MB) and place them anywhere on your poster.
What export resolutions are available?
Free users can export at 1× (screen resolution). Pro users can export at 1×, 2×, 3×, or 4× multiplier and also export as a print-ready PDF.
How do I switch templates without losing my changes?
When you switch templates, PosterVibe will ask for confirmation. Your album data is preserved and automatically applied to the new template.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support at support@postervibe.app within 7 days of your purchase.
